History: Workers re-assembling the 3,200 years old Abu Simbel temples at Aswan, Egypt in 1968. The sandstone temples had been hand-sawn into over 1,000 pieces and shifted 200 yards inland to avoid potential flooding due to the new Aswan High Dam. [809x1116]
