Gif: "Could someone find or make a halo (video game) cinemagraph that's under 60 frames long"

I just got the FitBit Ionic, and I got a watch face that lets me put animated gifs on the background. I really wanted a nice clean cinemagraph from Halo, that has really nice obvious movement, but the limitation is apparently it can't be more than 60 frames long.
