Gif: "Where have the CINEMAgraphs gone?"

Years ago this sub was strictly GIFs from short and feature films. Now it's just any old footage with a tiny bit of movement.This sub has lost all substance now it's no worse than any other gif Reddit.We moved plotagraphs which was damn needed but the problem is only half solved.It would be nice if there was a place for strictly TV/Movie related GIFs but that was this place originally and it's just sort of spiraled out of control.It seems that since people can use any video to make a "cinemagraph" It just sorta floods with a load mediocre content being used as the base.If the content doesn't originate from film then how can it be a Cinema-graph.
