Hi,Because it's a waste to just watch cinemagraphs in your browser and there didn't seem to be a way of making one a desktop background yet, I've made a (Windows only, sorry Apple people!) program that allows just this. It's open source, requires VLC to be installed, and by no means is tested on a lot of devices, but it works on my machine. And it's a command prompt-only app, so you kinda need to know what you're doing.Example usage would be:MovieDesktop.exe https://i.imgur.com/VMb5aPE.mp4 Always make sure it's a direct link to the mp4 or webm file. Or a local file on your computer. It only works on one screen at the time so far, but you can specify which, using the display number as second argument.Get it here at GitHub!Enjoy :) via /r/Cinemagraphs https://www.reddit.com/r/Cinemagraphs/comments/93qj0m/meta_ive_made_a_windows_program_to_set_an_mp4_as/?utm_source=ifttt
