What professional sports team has been the worst over the last ten years? Collectively, what city has had the worst sports teams in that time?

I thought of this when I saw someone talking about how bad the Mariners have been for the last ten years. I feel pretty similarly about the Rams but I'm certain that they're not the worst.Things that come to mind are the Timberwolves and Raiders. Before the last few years I'd definitely say the Orioles, Royals, or Pirates for baseball, but as of now I'm not really sure, maybe it is the Mariners.For cities I'm pretty lost. I'm naturally thinking Cleveland but the LeBron Cavs probably offsets that. I don't know much about hockey but I've owned a few nhl games and I'm pretty sure I remember the Sabres being dogshit so maybe Buffalo.Interpret the title however you want.
