LIVELEAK: Outrageous and Sickening Animal Abuse

Idabel Oklahoma Pound 1/13/15. Animal abuse of the worst kind....these animals aren't being fed or given water and are starving to the point that they are dying and the other animals are forced to eat them. Who is responsible? Someone needs to have charges brought against them. The problem is that this entire town is corrupt and it goes deeper than these poor dogs. The Mayor, Police and City Officials aren't answering the phone or returning phone calls and when they do they give contradictory remarks. The Animal Control Officer says this is the cleanest facility in the state, which is an insult to the state. The Mayor has said this was and isolated incident and a misunderstanding. I'm pretty sure you can't misunderstand that video. Joseph Silk, who is running for Senate from that district said the following "I am an advocate of letting the proper local authorities handling issues without the State barging in.
