BASEBALL: What could MLB do to speed up games? What could teams do?

I love going to baseball games. They're therapeutic, entertaining, very exciting at times, and overall a beautiful artistic thing (to me at least). However, I do get frustrated when a relief pitcher is brought in several times a game, which slows the game to a crawl, as well as multiple foul balls that extending a player's at-bat.Some things can't be fixed, but I think there's ways to speed up a game. I like that MLB is experimenting with sending a player directly to 1st base if he's intentionally walked rather than going through the motions.
