Suppose a relief pitcher comes into the game with the bases loaded. He then walks a guy and leaves the game, allowing one run to score. The next pitcher that comes in allows all of the runners on base to score. Does the first pitcher that came in get credited with only allowing 1 of his 3 inherited runners to score?
