I started to watch baseball when I was in elementary school and has been keeping up with the latest player stats and trade rumors until a few years ago(around 2010). It's my dream to become a general manager of a baseball team (not for the money, but for the love of doing it) or any other job related to baseball operations. I was really inspired by the story of how Mark Shapiro worked his way up to eventually becoming the GM after quitting his 9-5 job. However, what do you guys suggest I should read up on or do in order to work toward that goal?
