BASEBALL: I need a baseball manager in Maryland to tell me if I can go pro.

I just moved to the U.S and I have never been interested in Baseball until now...I think I have a chance off becoming a great pitcher because I have a verrrry strong hand but I've never seen or thrown a baseball...If you know baseball and you live in Maryland please meet me for an hour only !!!
