LIVELEAK: Police repeatedly beat and tase naked psychotic man in a Ray Skillman GMC Dealership

Apprently this guy tried to steal a car. Not sure why he got naked, but this guy didn't really seem like a threat, and the police seemed like they wanted to beat someone. Do you think the police used excessive force?
