Not very accurate but it is entertaining. I did enjoy "The Deep End" and it is somewhat similar.
EDIT: Turns out Aaron Korsh was a writer for "The Deep End." In addition, it looks like Director John Scott has a good resume. Hopefully he will be able to make this type of lawyer tv show last for longer than half a season.
